The TorqueNados braved the worst weather this year to compete in Jackson at our first tournament of the year! Spirits are high and the weather won’t stop our TorqueNado spirit from shining through! We arrived at Spring Arbor University at 8 in the morning on Friday the 3rd, and immediately got to work. Our scouts browsed the other teams to see who would be a good Alliance partner. During this, our drive team and our programmers did some last minute work on the robot and answered questions from other teams’ scouts. As the games started, everyone was very excited. Throughout the day, we showed our spirit and participated in dances. The day was unfortunately cut short due to the weather, with the pits closing at 4.
